What is a liquid vinyl system and how does it compare to paint and vinyl siding?   Liquid Vinyl was introduced originally in England in the 1960's. The product proved to be very successful as a coating of homes and business in communities that had suit and grime accumulated on them from this coal base heating system. We have further added Mildewcides and fungicides to protect your home further and made it EPA friendly to the environment. How does USA Topcoat compare to traditional paint?   Comparing paint to our coating system is like comparing paint to water. Paint is a temporary solution that has no longevity, knowing that when you do it the process has to be redone every 3 to 4 years, it fades rapidly, shows settlement cracks, little elasticity, can be penetrated by wind, eaten by mildew, can create algae in the inner walls of the home, and certainly is not a waterproofing agent. USA Topcoat Solar System has been designed to combat all of the above concerns that you have with paint. In addition, it will look the same as the day you applied it, 25 years from now, has the elasticity to stretch over 300% covering all settlement cracks up 1/8 of an inch. The product further has the maximum algaecides and mildicides allowed by law. It is a definite waterproofing agent be it snow, hail or rain and has stood up to the hurricane force winds of the Atlantic ocean and the Caribbean. It also withstands the ultra violet rays of those regions and the longer its on your home the stronger the product comes. What does a Lifetime Warranty mean?   If you apply USA Topcoat yourself the product carries a Lifetime Warranty as long as you are in your home and we are so sure about our product that the warranty is even transferred to the new owners if you sell your home. If the product is applied by one of our authorized dealers the warranty is extended to both product and installation. How many colors are available?   We have thousands of colors available and for a small fee any color can be created. Can USA Topcoat cover over flaking, peeling or damaged surfaces?   Preparation should be completed before applying the product. The flaking and peeling of the structure should be removed by either power washing or light sanding and any damaged or rotting surface should be replaced before applying our product. Can you give a cost comparison between paint, vinyl siding and a USA Topcoat coating system?   Our coating system is thousands less then a traditional vinyl siding. Although our product is initially 2 to 3 times more then an average paint job, in the long run you will absorb a huge savings due to the fact you will be repainting every 3 to 5 years and our product is only done ONE time! How easy is it to clean?   Depending on your house location a simple power wash will do. Does USA Topcoat breathe?   Two of our main goals when creating the product were that it breathes to allow moisture out from the inside and not allow water to penetrate from the outside in. Is this considered a waterproofing agent?   Yes, being manufactured in South Florida that was one of our major concerns. Moisture will not penetrate from the outside in. Can the product be sprayed on?   The product can be sprayed but we also recommend to combine back rolling techniques to work the product in to all openings and crevasses Whether spraying on or rolling on, the product applies extremely easy.
